Another Week Gone By....

Wow, another week has just blown right by us! We have been so busy lately that it's hard to even keep up with what month it is! Here's some pictures from last week:

Happy Birthday, Trace! Trace had his party at Tiny Bubbles, where Rhett took his lessons...Rhett had a blast on the slide and swimming!

Oh, and today (after so much talk about it online and between friends) I am starting the 30 Day Shred. Lisa is coming over to suffer through it with me, so say a little prayer for us!LOL! I really want to lose about 20 pounds, but more than that I really want to tone up...So, we'll see!

Country Grammar

This was a conversation between me and Rhett as we were going up the big hill of his favorite roller coaster at Wild Adventures yesterday:

Me: Hey Rhett-Rhett, are you scared?

Rhett: I ain't.

Me: Are you sure? I am...

Rhett: I ain't even skeered...I'm gone be laughin'!

Are his English teachers gonna love him or what?LOL!

And The Laughs Keep Comin'....

Let me begin this by saying that sometimes when Brandon has to go to the bathroom, he says he's gotta "take a leak." Yes, I realize that there are much better terms for this, but nonetheless he says it. The other day, I was in the bathroom putting up some towels and Rhett walks in behind me and says "Mama, I gotta take a lick." Oh my goodness!LOL! I am SO glad that my back was to him so that I could compose myself before explaining to him that that really isn't a nice way to say he has to "tee-tee"! I just don't know what I'm gonna do with this boy of mine....LOL!

Something Else I Want To Remember....

Today, Rhett got in trouble and I was scolding him pretty good about it. He turned around and looked at me and said "Don't talk ugly to me!"...Talk about a stinker! I had to get up and go to another room to keep from busting out laughing!LOL! Oh, from the mouths of babes!LOL!

Weekend At St. Augustine

On Friday, we headed to St. Augustine for the weekend...It was a short, but fun trip! Rhett was REALLY into the beach this year, so he had a ball!
Here he is on the way down there....He said "I'm so excited about the beach!" So, I told him to show me his excited face, and this is what I got!LOL!

In his boat...We picked this up last minute at the K-Mart in St. Augustine, and it was SO worth the 10 bucks we paid for it. Rhett loved it!

He made a friend, named Caleb, and spent a good while playing with him...They were the cutest thing, acted like they had known each other forever, walking down the beach hand in hand!LOL!

We also got to have a (too short) visit with Hannah and Austin, but dummy me forgot to snap any pictures of the 3 amigos! We had a great time though, and I can't wait to head back down that way again!

Another Fun Day At W.A.

Last Thursday, we made another trip to Wild Adventures. We didn't stay at the water park that long, but we rode alot of rides!

This goat took a big interest in Rhett...Rhett on the other hand, was not too sure about that. He kept trying to pull free from him, but he had a pretty good hold!LOL!

Then when Rhett finally got free, I think it made the goat mad...So he started pushing on Rhett until he got him pinned to the fence! Katlyn and I got a really big kick out of the ordeal....Rhett, not so much!LOL!

In the bird exhibit again....This time he wanted to help K.K. feed the birds. But when they all started flocking to him, that was a different story!

When Rhett saw one land on K.K.'s head, he poured his nectar out, and was out of there!LOL!
